At TrueSight, we're dedicated to truly seeing the story from every angle, and then showing it and telling it as the people who know the story best would want it told. Whether that story is an expedition to a remote mountain peak or a family fishing trip to the local pond, whether it's the story of an entire company or simply the story of how a product overcomes a set of challenges. TrueSight can tell it like nobody else can.

Director of Business Development
Santino Castellanos is a native to Colorado who grew up with a passion for the outdoors, and for capturing his outdoor experiences through the lens of a camera. He went on his first big game hunt at the age of six and has been hooked on hunting ever since. Santino caught the entrepreneurial spirit early in life as well, running multiple businesses at a young age and quickly learning the art of making deals and designing partnerships that are greater than the sum of their parts. His business acumen and love of the outdoors eventually led Santino to found OuttaBounds LLC, an online community and media hub for people with a passion for the outdoor lifestyle. This enabled Santino to focus his attention exclusively on the Outdoor industry, honing his production, cinematography, interactive design and social media skills while learning to navigate the brand landscape of the Outdoor business environment. Santino quickly became recognized as a thought leader in the industry, and in 2012 he brought his unique combination of skills and experiences to TrueSight Media as its Director of Business Development. Working in the outdoor industry has only increased Santino’s love of the outdoor lifestyle. In 2012, he harvested 9 animals with his bow, and he has become known as a top competitor on the 3D archery circuit. His passion for the great outdoors also extends to his wife and two sons, who accompany him on his adventures whenever and wherever they can.

Kristin, an Arkansas native and CU-Boulder alumn, has worked at TrueSight Media since October 2014. She's a loud and proud Pisces, and in her free time, she likes to binge on Netflix and add to her impressive shoe collection.
Carolyn Eastman has been editing since elementary school when she wired 2 VCR's together. She also despises deciduous trees and breakfast foods.
Dalton Vanhooser has lived in Colorado for over 20 years. He has been in love with graphic design since he first sat in front of a computer. When he isn't loving his work at TrueSight Media, Dalton spends his time writing, drawing, and hiking with his wife and two dogs in the mountains.
